About 2gether shop
As an independent charity shop we want everyone who enters the shop to feel welcome. Someone once said that the shop should be like the 'Church on the High Street' where the welcoming atmosphere is as important as the fund raising.
Clare manages 2gether with Deputy Manager Sue Smith and Assistant Manager Debbie Thrussell.
Clare Herriot has been managing 2gether since 2006 and volunteered for two years prior to that.
"I love working at 2gether, meeting all sorts of customers and being able to get to know and have the support of a large team of volunteers. It is great to be able to use my skills to raise money for a project I feel passionate about. I think it is important to create an interesting shop that is well presented, reasonably priced and a friendly face behind the counter means a pleasant experience for everyone who visits."

Coffee and Prayer
Unlike other charity shops, 2gether also offers a place to sit and have a coffee. We sell cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, hot chocolate and various teas with a biscuit for only a £1. You can sit and browse our news board listing local charity events, plus we have a prayer box for anyone who would like prayer. Just pop a note in our box and we will gladly pray for you.
